- comments: 8-404. 13(b:3) observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report #2637688 dated 6/1/26; 38 - 6-501. 111 observed about 20 live small flies flying around, on the walls and cabinets in the food prep area. Instructed to eliminate insect activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Upon re-inspection observed about 50 live small flies flying around the resident dining area, on the ceiling of the resident dining area and on the cabinets and wall in the food prep/serving area. Instructed to eliminate live insect activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority violation 7-42-090.
