Not sure if it was the spinach at the salad bar or the hot Italian sausage I bought from the meat section (not deli) Both my boyfriend and I are experiencing diarrhea and vomiting and nausea. Purchased on 7/10/19 and experienced sxs on 7/11/19 @ 6am | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
