5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing sink in rear dish washing area. Must install a hand sink with hot and cold running water in rear dish washing area and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on floor next to 3- compartment sink,under several display shelves in rear storage area and inside of chip display box on sales floor. Appx. 10 or more live small flies flying around soiled towels and broken bottles of pop & juice at 3- compartment sink and 4-6 live large flies flying around premises. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/24/20(priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '2-3' gap along bottom of front door. Must make door tight fitting.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: must store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution or hang to dry.

- comments: must provide 2 more sink stoppers for 3- compartment sink.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no chemical test kit to check sanitizing solution ppm's at 3- compartment sink. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean debris build up from window sills,pop display shelves on sales floor,reach in coolers,walk in cooler- fan guard covers. Must defrost ice cream freezer.

- comments: must clean debris build up from floor in rear storage area and walk in cooler.
