On April 4, 2026 ,my girlfriend and I dined at this establishment and consumed the following items: two alcoholic beverages each, tuna dip, a yellowtail scallion hand roll, and banging shrimp. Approximately four hours after eating, my girlfriend developed acute symptoms including persistent vomiting, chills stomach pain, and an inability to retain fluids. The symptoms were severe and continued throughout the night. Due to the progression and intensity of her condition, we headed to the ER seeking medical attention where she required IV fluids and medication for dehydration and ongoing nausea/vomiting Given the timing of symptom onset and the severity of the illness, we have strong reason to believe this was a foodborne illness associated with the meal consumed at this establishment. We are reporting this incident so it can be investigated and to help prevent potential harm to other customers. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements, Autre, déshydratation, Frissons, Douleur d'estomac
