Report date: Apr 27, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hot water (63. 9f) at washbowl in unisex washroom near janitor closet 108b, no hot water (70. 3f) at washbowls in auditorium men and women washrooms. Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly in washrooms. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on bulk containers, canned goods and floor in kitchen dry storage area, on floor and shelves inside storage closet pre-k 010, on floor inside storage closet and on shelves along wall in pre-k 007 classroom. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed low water pressure at handwashing sinks and missing faucet handles on middle sinks in first floor boys' and girls' washrooms, leaking hot water faucet in kitchen staff washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in kitchen staff washroom. Instructed manager to provide covered recepacle in all women and unisex washrooms.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside dumpster not covered, front lids missing on dumpster. Instructed manager to replace missing lids and cover outside dumpster. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: observed peeling surfaces on ceiling in kitchen, near handwashing sink, walk-in cooler, etc. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed excessive clutter inside storage closets in pre-k classrooms. Instructed manager to remove all unnecessary items, store items off floor and away from wall for easy cleaning and pest control.
