On 12/29/2017 at 2:30pm at the Subway located in Greenwood Park Mall I got a turkey sub on italian bread with mayo, american cheese, and lettuce. I believe the cause of my food poisoning was caused by the turkey or deli meat. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
