dinner on feb. 28 at 7:30 pm. Home before 9 pm; severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomited the entire dinner. Had the Sizzling Sante Fe Skillet. Finally managed half an apple on Mar 01; lots of water but still not really comfortable.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements, Crampes

Pizza or maybe cookies My daughter ate 2 slices of pizza at 1 pm. Then at 3 pm she ate 2 cookies. Then at 4-30 pm she started to feel pain in tummy. Then at 5 she wormit a lot. Then keep wormit while sleeping. She wake up and puke a bit . Then fall asleep then wake up and puke  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac

Ordered a 8 slice classic for delivery, it had 2 cheese, 3 beef, and 3 vegetarian slices of pizza. the pizza arrived, however its was soggy, greasy and was shaken up. And less than 45 minutes after eating, I got severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, bloating and might end up having to go to the ER.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Crampes, ballonnements
