We don’t know just all of the sudden 3 days after we arrived at Punta Cana.  I think it was the food, I had unexpected fatigue after 3 days I couldn’t get enough sleep for the first day I felt ill and intense abdominal pressure then aches… Voir plus

Urgent, persistent and ongoing diarrhea along with some nausea and intermittent abdominal cramps starting in the last few days of the 7-day trip and continuing on now, about 4 days after returning to the US.
