Urgent, persistent and ongoing diarrhea along with some nausea and intermittent abdominal cramps starting in the last few days of the 7-day trip and continuing on now, about 4 days after returning to the US. Went with a big group of family, several others experiencing the same issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
