Bought a whole cake chocolate indulgence from Secret Recipe on 30 April 2019 night. When we ate the cake the next day the cake tasted sour. My 3 years old son is now having diarrhoea after eating the cake  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

J'ai acheté un sandwich au poulet et au jambon chez Family Mart. Mangez ça assez souvent, mais malheureusement cette fois, le sandwich que j'ai acheté avait mauvais goût après avoir mordu dans le 2ème sandwich. Daughter (9yo) had the salmon sashimi and 2 hours later was having bad diarrhoea akin to water faucet being turn on high volume. It was just mostly liquid. And she felt pain in her tummy. Really bad pain.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

We had dinner at Chun chio hotpot yest and diarrhoea and vomit few times straight after home!, 2 out of 3 got diarrhoea and vomit straight after home which they did not consume anything else before the dinner at least 5 hours before. Very confirmed the food poisoning was from the dinner.  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Diarrhée, Nausée

Ate pineapple fried rice in food republic for lunch. The food taste is salty, after 2-3 hours start to feel drowsy and wanted to vomit while working. Back home at 5 and finally vomit (the rice color is yellow), went for doctor after that and was confirmed… Voir plus
