Hier après-midi, j'ai eu Chipotle à Yuba City. J'ai mangé des tacos au poulet. Tôt ce matin, j'ai de fortes nausées. J'ai ensuite eu 4 à 5 épisodes de vomissements et de diarrhée ainsi que des crampes d'estomac. Mon médecin m'a informé que c'était peut-être le Chipolte que j'ai mangé qui était à l'origine de mes symptômes.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
