Je me sentais bien au début mais après quelques heures, mon estomac a commencé à me faire mal, puis ça s'est progressivement aggravé jusqu'à ce que je commence à vomir. I ordered spaghetti and Sicilian meatball dish and immediately after eating and left the restaurant severe diarrhea occurred. No vomiting, but still having diarrhea. No medical treatment needed.
