Not sure but it started after eating mixed nuts, cranberry, peanut butter , chocolate mix.  Sudden onset Severe attack with abdominal pain, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea, sweats, chills,   | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements, Frissons, Transpiration, Douleur d'estomac, Essoufflement
