Not sure but it started after eating mixed nuts, cranberry, peanut butter , chocolate mix.  Sudden onset Severe attack with abdominal pain, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea, sweats, chills,   | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos, Escalofríos, Sudoración, Dolor de estómago, Dificultad para respirar
