Ate a chicken salad and my kids had slight fever and was throwing up and could not hold no food down. Next day i hear my friends daughter ate chicken salad from a different jack in the box and she too had the same symptoms as my sons. Could some thing be wrong with the chicken or the salad?  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements

Whenever I eat anything from the kirkland brand that's a canned food j get very very sick almost immediately I have to use the bathroom and I feel nauseous for days. I get the same reaction when I eat their packaged meat. I'm not sure if this… Voir plus

I had the chicken Caesar wrap, have had it before at other locations but got sick from the a couple hours later. It was the only thing I ate that day so I know it came from that  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Acheté un carré d'agneau à Kona Costco, je l'ai cuit dans les 3 jours (l'expiration n'était pas pour 3 semaines). Le lendemain matin, très malade avec diarrhée pendant des heures, et maintenant j'ai encore mal à la tête, des cendres, une fatigue totale.
