I felt great all day! Although very busy, during the only ate a plain bagel around 2 pm....until I went to arbys around 7, had a classic roast beef and small curly fries. Fiance ate the fries too but had a market fresh sandwich. 2 hours later....been in the bathroom ever simce.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

I had the detox island green superfood smoothie; daughter had the orange ginger glow and was fine. Spinach or kale may have been the culprit. I had a double deluxe bacon burger and fries. Was delicious of course, but I knew something wasn’t right when I felt it laying heavy in my gut 12 hours later.
