J'ai pris le suprême de nachos et la quesadilla au poulet à 17 h 30. J'ai commencé à vomir à 8 h 30. Plus de vomissements et de diarrhée vers 11h30. Purchases Great Value bottled water from wal mart in Grenada MS today one of the bottles tops had two little puncture holes in it looked like it may havebeen injected with something. Scared me I saved the top and got rid of all the rest of the water bottles.

I purchased a Beef taco salad on April 5, 2018 at the Taco Bell on Goodman road, in Kroger parking lot, about 2 hours after eating it I became nausea, followed by vomiting, diarrhea and fever, this lasted for 2 days, I missed 2 days from work.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
