在午餐时间我吃了一个三明治和一个水果拳 10 分钟后我不得不赶到洗手间然后第二天早上晚些时候停下来我醒来跑水凳然后扔掉然后冷却这只是第一天  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

我在 5 点半吃了纳乔至尊和鸡肉玉米饼。8 点半开始呕吐。11:30 左右会有更多呕吐和腹泻。第二天我的整个身体疼痛，非常虚弱，还是有点恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点, 酸痛

Purchases Great Value bottled water from wal mart in Grenada MS today one of the bottles tops had two little puncture holes in it looked like it may havebeen injected with something. Scared me I saved the top and got rid of all the rest of the water bottles.

I purchased a Beef taco salad on April 5, 2018 at the Taco Bell on Goodman road, in Kroger parking lot, about 2 hours after eating it I became nausea, followed by vomiting, diarrhea and fever, this lasted for 2 days, I missed 2 days from work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
