Durning lunch time I ate a sanchwich and a fruit punch 10 mins later I had to rush to the bathroom and it’ stop later on the next morning I woke up to running watery stool and throwing up and chills it’s only day one  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I had the nacho supreme and chicken quesadilla at 5:30. Started throwing up at 8:30. More throwing up and diarrhea around 11:30. The next day my Whole body is sore, very weak and still a little nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Soreness

Purchases Great Value bottled water from wal mart in Grenada MS today one of the bottles tops had two little puncture holes in it looked like it may havebeen injected with something. Scared me I saved the top and got rid of all the rest of the water bottles.

I purchased a Beef taco salad on April 5, 2018 at the Taco Bell on Goodman road, in Kroger parking lot, about 2 hours after eating it I became nausea, followed by vomiting, diarrhea and fever, this lasted for 2 days, I missed 2 days from work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
