On Sunday 03/18/2018 I ate a cheeseburger and fries around 2:30. By 4:00 I had diarrhea, so I laid down and within a half hour started vomiting. Had vomiting and diarrhea for the next 7 hours, did not go to work the next day and as I'm submitting this now I still don't feel 100%  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Stopped at Taco Bell for lunch. 3 hours later had diarrhea and vomiting. It's now 3am and still vomiting. It's the only thing I ate so I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning. Going to MD in the morning.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
