Ate at Old Chicago Pizza on 8/12/2018 for dinner. The meat pasta sauce did taste a little different and a few hours later suffered from severe food poisoning. Notified the manager by phone to warn about the sauce but didn’t seem to care.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

I ordered a boneless buffalo chicken meal, fries and a sweet tea. Had ranch dipping sauce. Ate the meal and about 30 mins later started to have intense abdominal pain and a bit later diarrhea. I ordered the “You Pick 2” Modern Caprese Sandwich and Mac & Cheese with their mixed lemonades (all 3 sweetened) at this US 64 location in Bartlett, TN at 2:41 pm. Within a couple hours my stomach was hurting bad until I ultimately vomit closer to 6:30… Voir plus

J'ai commandé du poulet, de la laitue, de la crème sure, du pico et un accompagnement de guacamole. Dès que j'ai fini la dernière bouchée, je suis tombé très malade et j'ai commencé à vomir et à avoir de la diarrhée. Mon corps a commencé à suer et était très étourdi. Went to eat dinner around 630 PM. I ordered and dr.pepper to drink, a salad and fettuccine alfredo. Got home around 8, started to feel sick around 10 PM. Didnt actually get sick till 11:30 PM. Here it is now 4am the next day and I'm just now starting to feel a little better.
