A mangé vers 12h15. Le sandwich était le seul objet que j'ai mangé toute la journée. J'ai commencé à avoir de graves crampes vers 18 h 00. Il est 21 h 21 et les crampes sont suffisamment graves pour qu'on puisse se rendre aux soins urgents.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Crampes

We ate there from 5-7pm on Sunday 6/18/17 after the Sail Fest was over. My daughter (11) had the cheeseburger and was up all night extreamly sick (everything coming out of both ends). I know the staff was exhausted/slammed - they accidentally forgot to remove the paper… Voir plus

Went to safeway for some nice Asian style food ate felt ok about 2 hours later nausea vomiting diarrhea. After that felt fantastic last time I eat safeway.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

Ate teriyaki bowl around 6:00pm. Started vomiting 3 minutes after I was finished and could not stop. Went to Emergency room at Valley Medical where I was treated and had tests to rule out other possibilities and was diagnosed as food poisoning.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
