Wednesday March 9th I ate a chicken burrito bowl at the chipotle mexican grill in Worthington, Ohio. The symptoms began an hour after I ate and am still sick 4 days later. It began with vomiting, fever and diarrhea.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements

I went to eat chipotle yesterday after work. Around 4-5 I don't really remember but it was my first meal o eat all day. I order a chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, fagitals sour cream , cheese , lettuce and hot salsa. On Sunday, March 6, 2016 I ate a chicken burrito and my son ate a steak burrito at 4:30pm at the Tatum and Bell Grill in Phoenix. By 8:00pm we both vomiting and had diarrhea until early morning hours on Monday, March 7, 2016.
