“Husband ate lunch buffet on his lunch break on Monday 7/8/19 @ 12:15pm. This was the only thing he ate all day at that point. Within 1 hour he got intense stomach pain and nausea. “On 3/18/19, I ordered a double-double burger, fries, vanilla shake at 7:30 pm, woke up at 2:30 am with severe vomiting and diarrhea, and woke up again at 4:30, 6:30, 7:30, and 9:00 with more of same.
