Not sure which one- my neighbor and 3 coworkers ate there and then all developed diarrhea a week later. It has been 7 weeks, and they all still have it! He has lost 25 pounds. Not sure if it’s a parasite, Hep A, or what. No answers from doctors yet. Happened July 3, 2019.   | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

Purchased a pizza on Saturday night and woke up about 4 hrs later with severe diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day Sunday and finally subsided on Monday. We ate there and he had more meats on his pizza. 6 hours later he was vomiting like crazy and had diarrhea really bad., That was about it. Just felt nauseous for about 12 hours or so.
