Not sure which one- my neighbor and 3 coworkers ate there and then all developed diarrhea a week later. It has been 7 weeks, and they all still have it! He has lost 25 pounds. Not sure if it’s a parasite, Hep A, or what. No answers from doctors yet. Happened July 3, 2019.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I went Thursday evening, ordered a Margarita pizza and about 20 minutes after I started having cramps, awful gas, and diarrhea. This lasted through the night and throughout the next day. It’s Saturday now and I am still experiencing diarrhea and some cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas

Purchased a pizza on Saturday night and woke up about 4 hrs later with severe diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day Sunday and finally subsided on Monday. We ate there and he had more meats on his pizza. 6 hours later he was vomiting like crazy and had diarrhea really bad., That was about it. Just felt nauseous for about 12 hours or so. He couldn’t stop vomiting and diarrhea. He said ie felt like he was dying.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Pizza from mod pizza, 5 people in our group ate their pizza thay night. One did not eat pizza. So far confirmed, 4 got sick. Waiting to hear from a fifth.
