Closure Date: 03/15/2022Rodent infestation. The inspector found three dead rodents on glue traps in an upstairs storage area, and one more in the cabinet under the soda machine. There were also droppings in both areas, and multiple holes in the walls, ceilings and floors. There were 11 other violations, including two deemed critical: for a cook not washing hands after touching raw meat and for cooked rice being at an unsafe temperature.
