Tuesday 5.24.2022 I hadn't eaten for more than 36 hrs before went into After Hours feeling great (and famished) around 4 PM. I ordered 4 pc. fried chicken. I ate 2 pc, went to bed and ate the other 2 the next day for lunch. That evening I started to feel off, a sense of my stomach tightening, and had zero appetite so I went to bed. I awoke at 2 AM with 102 fever, hot and cold chills, brutal jabbing pain below my ribcage left side, mega dehydrated, and super sore achy muscles all over. It got worse and worse all the way up until Friday. At one point I was thinking that my appendix might be bursting and I almost went to the hospital. It's now Sunday, 5 days later and I'm only just now able move around freely without wincing in pain from my stomach. I still feel an over all sense of nausea and achiness and my body has that feeling of having managed to get through something harrowing. I never get sick and my gut biome is always in top health. I don't like having to write this but I think the owner really needs to take better care with the handling of his raw meats/chicken. I would imagine a bunch of other people got sick that night unless I got the old chicken and everyone else received fresh. Basically the sickest I've ever been and there's no other potential source of my illness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills, Dehydration, Muscle Pain
