- comments: the person in charge does not have a city of chicago food manager certificate. Instructed management that the person in charge must have a valid city of chicago food manager certificate. Priority foundation violation.

- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on the premises while tcs foods (eggs, raw chicken) were being prepared and served. Instructed management that a city of chicago certified food manager must be present at all times while tcs foods are being prepared or served. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-012. Citation issued

- comments: observed approximately 275 lbs chicken eggs, 1 box quail eggs found at improper temperature ranging between 54f-65f during time of inspection. - comments: observed 2 door cooling unit located near registers internal temperature @54. 6f. Instructed to repair and maintain equipment at 41f and below at all times while storing chicken and quail eggs. Unit tagged and held for inspection. Priority violation. 7-38-005.
