My husband and I went to Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Ellenton Florida on Sunday March 10th at 3:30 p.m. I ordered a hamburger medium well done. It was served well done, but I still ate it. About 4 hours later I started having serious diarrhea and vomiting with stomach cramps and trembling. I experienced extreme fever and chills throughout the night. I spent the whole night getting up to get on the toilet and hold a trash can, to vomit in. All day Monday March 11th I continued to have serious diarrhea and vomiting and severe weakness and chills.
