Report date: May 7, 20215. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no adequate supplies on site to properly respond to vomit and/or diarrheal events that can potentially occur inside of the facility. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed mice droppings on floor in storage/reach in cooler room next to kitchen. Instructed manager to clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020 (a).
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed mutliuse utensils stored improperly in kitchen. Must invert multiuse utensils with handles in upright position.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed torn/damaged rubber gasket on doors of reach-in coolers in kitchen area. Instructed to repair or replace gasket.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in staff washroom. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed peeling paint on ceiling in kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
