My son, a friend and myself went to dinner last night and ordered each of the following appetizers: BBQ bone-in wings, asian chilli bone-in wings, buffalo bone-in wings, spinach artichoke dip and mozzerdella sticks. We each ordered a different drink and shared food. My friend and I are both sick with the symptoms but my son is not. Food we ate that my son did not were the asian chili wings, buffalo wings and spinach artichoke dip. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
