Ordered the appetizers sampler that consisted of spinach artichoke dip, mild boneless wings, chicken quesadilla and mozzarella sticks. Also ordered a side of pretzel and beer cheese to be split between 3 people. I personally had the chicken salad, remove chicken and add steak and cucumbers. 45 minutes after eating a tiny amount of the appetizers and my salad, I developed severe abdominal cramping and nausea. I proceeded to vomit several times with force, still have cramping, dizzy and have the chills bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
