Shrimp & Spinach Dip Illness - Applebee's, Lacey Township New Jersey

I went to lunch with my dad and I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp along with boneless wings and blue cheese. I was a little skeptical about the shrimp but I figured it was okay. Immediately after eating my food, my stomach started to turn and it was hurting for quite a while. Later on that night, my boyfriend and a huge group of our friends when there. It was after 10pm. I ordered a cranberry vodka and spinach dip w chips. After eating, my face turned white and my cheeks were red. I was super nauseous, feeling like I was constantly going to throw up. I went to the store afterwards to pick up some pepto because my stomach was putting my in tears. It’s the next morning and I still feel like that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
