On Tuesday, April 21, just before midnight, after eating takeout from Arby's on Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro, NC, I was absolutely fine until a few hours post-dinner, which included a roast beef sandwich, crinkle fries, and a half sweet/unsweetened tea. The servers were very pleasant and did not appear to be rushed, so I assume that it may have been the food itself and not the handling methods. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
