I got a Roast Beef Double Sandwich, Curly Fries and the "Ultimate Chocolate Shake" (smallest). About 1 hour later I got dizzy, was shaking, and vomited multiple (6) times. Had to have my wife come and pick me up and drive me home. I was fine all day and had nothing questionable to eat all day. Definitely the Arby's. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Shaking
