- comments: 6-201. 11 out c 12/24/2025 observed large hole in (orange) wall above prep table across from ovens, noted green wall in prep/storage with chipped paint/drywall, heavy grease debris buildup and surfaces not smooth and easily cleanable. - comments: continued non compliance. . Observed approximatley 50 small rodent droppings during time of re-inspection in prep area on floors and on equipment, dry storage and teachers lounge. Previous priority violation not corected from report # 2625351 on 10/15/25. Facility remains on 48 hour alternative food source at this time. Previous pritority foundation violation not corrected from report #2624362 on 9/24/25. Violation is as follows. . 38)6-501. 111 observed approximately 35 small rodent droppings on floor scattered along side and in corner of ovens, cooling units and shelving unit located in prep. Instructed to remove droppings, clean and sanitize said areas and eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). No citation issued. During re-inspection inspector observed approximalttely 70 small and large rodent droppings throughout prep area corners where rtolling carts are stored, behind ovens and steamers, along walk in cooling equipment, dry storage room under shelving units in corners, teachers lounge scattered along walls, in front of entrance door under cooking equipment. Instructed to contact pest control for additional service on site, must correct. Priority violation. #7-42-090. No citation issued.
