- High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed one live roach on prep shelf in kitchen, one live roach on the floor by fryer in kitchen. Operator killed one live roach that was on the ground by the fryer. Additionally, observed approximately 20 live roaches crawling inside reach in cooler at cook line in kitchen, no food stored inside cooler. - From follow-up inspection 2024-08-30: Observed one live roach at rep table below storage bin at front counter in kitchen. One live roach at the end of prep table, and one dead roach. Additional, observed at bagel making machine one live roach and one dead roach near food storage bin. Observed one live roach at kettle in prep area. One dead roach on shelf below triple sink at dishwashing area and one live roach on the wall across from grill behind prep table. **Time Extended**
