The day after we got home from a week stay at the resort my fiancé started to feel sick. It worsened over the next 2 days. He’s had constant diarrhea, stomach pain and nausea for 5 days. Dehydration has caused him terrible headache. We knew safety standards were not being met when we watched the guy at the buffet grabbing raw meat with his bare hands, never washing them, then grabbing our plates to serve us cooked meat. Clearly, cross contamination is not taught to food workers. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Nausea, Dehydration
