Chicken Burrito Triggers Illness - Baja fresh, Sacramento California

I was at Sacramento State University which I attend. Around 11 in the morning on Monday March 6th my boyfriend bought me a burrito from Baja Fresh. The burrito had chicken, lettuce, lime rice, pinto beans, red sauce and sour cream. Around 3:30 I started feeling bowel movement. I took the bus at 4:50 almost 5 in the afternoon. I was holding it in because I wasn't thinking much of it. Around 6 pm I really had to go and it was hurting to the point when i didn't even feel pain anymore and i started feeling nauseous. The minute I got home and used the bathroom, I had diarrhea. After I finished I felt extremely nauseous and threw up. I layed down for a bit and then 30 minutes later I had bowel movement again. After which I had extreme stomach pains. I fell asleep at 8:30. I again had bowel movement the next day until right now. I'm not sure what caused the food poisoning from the burrito. I still feel pretty sick from everything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
