- comments: observed 1 live roach on 3 compartment sink and approximately 50 roach droppings on wall near knife rack. Instructed to remove pests, detail clean, and maintain facility free of roach activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed slight build up of pink slime in interior of ice machine. Instructed to detail clean and maintain in good condition.
