Approximately five live flys in indoor bar area. - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-25: Approximately 4 live flies near drain under sink and ice bin in indoor bar. - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-25: Three live flies in indoor bar area. - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-25: Four live flies under triple sink at indoor bar. Five live flies inside food prep area. - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-26: Two live flies in food prep area. Two live flies in indoor bar.
High Priority - From initial inspection : Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. One live roach on wall at open air drink bar. Two live roaches near window on soda components at open air bar. One live roach under triple sink at open air bar. - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-25: One live roach on floor of open air bar. Two live roaches on wall behind refrigeration equipment in open air bar. One live roach on side of reach in cooler in open air bar. One live roach on wall near side window of open air bar. - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-25: Two live roaches in soda gun holster in open air bar area. One live roach on floor under ice bin and condiment storage in open air bar area. One live roach on pipe under ice bin in open air bar area. One live roach on floor behind equipment at outdoor open air bar. Two live roaches on soda lines on wall under windows in open air bar. Two live roaches on backside of equipment in open air bar. Two live roaches on backside of metal alcohol shelf. One roach was killed during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-26: One live roach in wheel of reach in cooler. Two live roaches on electrical box above ice bin in open air outdoor bar. Two live roaches on red and white pipes under ice bin in open air bar.
