Grilled Tuna Illness Symptoms - Bar La Lonja, Corralejo Canarias

My husband and I both ate grilled tuna from this restaurant on Sat 18th November at approx 1pm. The fish came with Canarian potato and a side salad. My husband had a beer and I had a black coffee and a sparkling water. We didn't eat or drink anything following. I started feeling light headed/dizzy, feverish and abdominal discomfort within an hour or so of eating. Husband awoke early hours of this morning with abdominal pain, feverish and vomited. We both had sickness and diarrhea. We both spent most of today sleeping and resting. I am still feeling unwell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
