French Toast Flight Illness - Nuts, Chicago Illinois

On Thursday, August 11, 2016 I patronized Batter and Berries restaurant. I ordered the specialty French toast flight. I had not eaten prior to my visit to the restaurant. The French toast flight consitied of four half slices of egg soaked bread topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, lemon sauce and caramel sauce with pecans. A maple flavored buuter accompanied the toast. Later that afternoon I experienced diarrhea and nausea which grew in severity through Friday and Saturday. By Sunday, I was extemely weak due to the inability to eat solid foods. I do not intend to patronize this restuarant again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness
