- comments: : 2-102. 14-- instructed to notify consumers to use clean dishwares at all self-serve buffet stations. Reuse of used dishwares is prohibited. Priority foundation violation.

45. Single-use/single-service articles: properly stored & used
- comments: 4-903. 11(a;c)----all stored items in basement storage rooms including the dry food storage room must be stored elevated from the floors.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priority foundation violation #38 not corrected from 5-25-23 report #2576400. ---still noted significant numbers of small flies throughout the facility. Approximately 15 in the dishroom, 20to 25 in the rear food prep, 15 in the mop room, 15 in the rear dry food storage hallway and kitchen office. Pest service on 5/26/23 and another today 6/2/23 that stated 'noticed a swarm of nearly 100 fruit flies in the dish area. ' due to food, dirty dishes, unemptied waste containers left over night in sinks and the dish room. Instructed to eliminate moist, organic material and any other fly attraction. Sanitize all areas. Have pest control return and eliminate all fly activity. Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
