Inspectors found several violations during the July 1, 2026 inspection. Significant food safety violations included more than 40 mouse droppings in the rear storage area and previously cited issues that had not been corrected, including worn weather stripping on the rear exit door that could allow pests to enter and a certified manager lacking required allergen training. Citations were issued for these significant violations.

Other findings included a damaged gasket on a prep cooler, large multi-use equipment that could not fit in the three-compartment sink for proper washing and sanitizing, unused items and equipment in storage and outdoor areas that could provide pest harborage, and non-working ventilation fans in the washrooms.
