Ate chips and queso, 2 steak tacos with only verde sauce and meat, on flour tortillas. Ate 1 side of black beans. Visited tuesday june 29th.

Diarrhea started the next morning, wed june 30th and went on all day thursday. It it now friday morning and I am also vomiting as well. In all cases, the diarrhea and now the vomiting, there are some black beans in them. I have eaten no other beans since that day here. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
