I went to Folly Beach for a vacation with my friend and her sister. I ordered the crunchy americano tacos with refried black beans and rice. I ate this food at about 3:00pm on Wednesday and my symptoms arrived around 2:00 pm Thursday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
