- comments: observed the ice scoop stored on top of the ice machine in the side storage area. Instructed manager to store in a clean bin or handle up inside the ice bin.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no metal drainboard on 3-compartment sink in kitchen. Instructed to provide drainboard for proper air drying of food equipment and utensils.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors in need of cleaning in the corners and under/around all heavy equipment. Instructed manager to clean and maintain floors.
