Closure date: 07/27/2021High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 54 rodent droppings in establishment: 41 on floor in dry food storage area in back of restaurant, eight in mop sink in mop sink closet near kitchen and five on floor in chemical closet near exit door.
High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product.
High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Missing on faucet by hot water heater.
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw fish stored on top of opened bag of French fries in kitchen reach in freezer. Items moved and stored correctly.
